In addition, although a 'Privacy Shield' has been signed between the USA and the EU for data transfer, it is not surprising to see that these legal documents are inadequate as security vulnerabilities emerge. Let's evaluate together whether the legal regulations are sufficient to ensure the indispensable aspects of this rising service, namely security, privacy and ethical values.

While listening to the valuable presentations of the participants, the contribution of blockchain technology to ensuring security in cloud computing technology in the future emerged as a priority that I found worthy of research.

Currently, companies often transfer data between the EU and the US using other mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SSM) or binding corporate rules (BCR). However, a new discussion should come to the fore with the cancellation of first the Safe Harbor agreement and then the Privacy Shield due to its inadequacy.

Integration of cloud computing services with blockchain technology can offer significant advantages in matters such as data security, transparency and verifiability of transactions. Blockchain offers a cryptographically secure structure that prevents data from being changed or corrupted. Blockchain can be used to increase the security of data stored in cloud computing environments. This is especially important in sectors such as healthcare, finance and law where sensitive data is stored.

Blockchain keeps records of transactions and makes these records visible to everyone. This increases traceability of data processing and transfer in cloud computing services and can help users understand how their data is being used.
